Seed the community website is released

It was asked for a long time, almost ready for a long time too and after having been threatened, I have decided to release it even if it's not ready and square.

I still have no clue of how Joomla is supposed to work, so if anyone here is a Joomla expert, i would gladly give him the superadministrator rights. For the other, you'll have to register as I didnt have time to make a correct fusion with the forum. The publisher right are not given at the registration, so I (or another one) will give this right after.

For your suggestions please use the forum and remember that I unfortunatly dont have that much time to play with PHP, but I will do my best to correct things the faster that I can.

Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy the website.
